How to Send Us Your Data

Wise Ranker analyses data from the platforms you already use. Export the files below and send them to us — we'll take it from there.

Set the date range to the last 3 months for all exports unless noted otherwise. All exports are standard CSV downloads — no special formatting required.

Don't worry if you don't have access to all of these — Wise Ranker will work with whatever data is available and will still surface useful findings. Send us what you can.

Google
Google Search Console
Organic search queries, rankings & link profile
  1. Open Search Console and select your property
  2. Go to Performance → Search resultsQueries tab → Export → Download CSV
  3. Also go to Links in the left sidebar
  4. Under External links, click Top linking sites → More
  5. Click Export CSV
Google Analytics 4 — Channels
Traffic breakdown by channel
  1. Open Google Analytics and select your property
  2. Go to Reports → Generate leads → Traffic acquisition
  3. Click Share this report → Download file → Download CSV
Google Analytics 4 — Pages
Top pages by traffic
  1. Go to Reports → Understand web and/or app traffic → Pages and screens
  2. Click Share this report → Download file → Download CSV
Google Ads
Search Terms Report
Every search query that triggered your ads
  1. In Google Ads, click Reports → Predefined reports → Performance → Search terms
  2. Set date range to last 90 days
  3. Include columns: Search term, Match type, Campaign, Ad group, Clicks, Impressions, Cost, Avg. CPC, Conversions, Conv. value
  4. Click Download → CSV
Keywords Report
Your keyword list with Quality Scores
  1. Click Reports → Predefined reports → Performance → Keywords
  2. Set date range to last 90 days
  3. Include columns: Keyword, Match type, Campaign, Ad group, Status, Quality Score, Clicks, Impressions, Cost, Avg. CPC, Conversions
  4. Click Download → CSV
Campaigns Report
Budget, bid strategy & impression share by campaign
  1. Click Reports → Predefined reports → Performance → Campaigns
  2. Set date range to last 30 days
  3. Add columns: Bid strategy type, Search lost IS (budget), Search lost IS (rank)
  4. Click Download → CSV
Ads / RSAs Report
Ad strength, headline count & legacy ad types
  1. In Google Ads left nav: Campaigns → select a campaign → Ads tab (or use the top-level Ads view)
  2. Set date range to last 30 days
  3. Add column: Ad strength
  4. Verify these columns are enabled: Ad type, Status, Campaign, Ad group, Final URL, Headline 1–15, Description 1–4, Clicks, Impressions, Cost
  5. Click Download → CSV
Assets / Extensions Report
Sitelinks, callouts, snippets & other extensions
  1. In Google Ads left nav: Ads & assets → Assets
  2. Set date range to last 30 days
  3. Add columns: Status reason, Performance label
  4. Verify: Asset, Asset type, Status, Associated campaigns, Impressions, Clicks
  5. Click Download → CSV
Performance Max Asset Groups
Only needed if you run PMax campaigns
  1. In Google Ads left nav: select a Performance Max campaign → Asset groups tab
  2. Set date range to last 30 days
  3. Add column: Performance label
  4. Verify: Asset group name, Status, Impressions, Clicks, Cost, Conversions, Cost per conversion
  5. Click Download → CSV
Skip if you don't run Performance Max campaigns.
Microsoft Ads
Search Terms Report
Every search query that triggered your ads
  1. Go to Reports → Standard reports → Performance → Search term
  2. Include columns: Search term, Clicks, Impressions, Spend, Avg CPC, CTR, Conversions, Match type, Campaign name, Ad group name
  3. Click Download → CSV
Keywords Report
Your keyword list by ad group
  1. Go to Reports → Standard reports → Performance → Keyword
  2. Include columns: Keyword, Ad group, Campaign, Match type, Status, Clicks, Impressions, Spend, Avg CPC, Conversions
  3. Click Download → CSV
Website URL Report
Where your ads are actually being shown
  1. Go to Reports → Standard reports → Performance → Website URL (publisher)
  2. Include columns: Account name, Campaign name, Ad group, Ad distribution, Network, Website URL, Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Avg CPC, Spend
  3. Click Download → CSV
Other Sources
Bing Webmaster Tools — AI Performance
How often Bing Copilot is citing your site
  1. Go to Bing Webmaster Tools and select your property
  2. Click AI Performance in the left nav
  3. Set your date range, then click the Download button (overview stats)
  4. Also look for a Grounding Queries download on the same page — download it too if available
The Grounding Queries export may be empty if citation volume is low — that's normal. Send us whichever files are available.
Google SERP Position Checks
Live rankings checked automatically — no export needed
  1. No action required from you
  2. Wise Ranker automatically checks live Google rankings for your top priority keywords (selected from your GSC data)
  3. Up to 10 keywords checked per report
Requires GSC data to be present. Results are geo-targeted to your domain's country.
