I’m an entrepreneur and consultant with experience spanning corporate enterprise, government, and founder-led businesses. I’ve worked at board and executive level across technology, banking, pensions, insurance, and government — with organisations including Capgemini, Computacenter, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Pearl Group, BGL Group, and Diligenta, where I was part of the team that built the UK’s largest business process outsourcing operation.
More recently I served as Investment, Innovation and Business Development Lead for Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils, leading programmes to attract investment and support high-value job creation. I’ve founded and led businesses in geospatial services, 3D street-level imaging, and AI — and I built Reception Genie, an AI-powered front-desk automation product.
I originally built Wise Ranker as a tool to improve my own websites — a way to get a rigorous, multi-specialist view of what was actually holding a site back. What it quickly showed was that most sites had the same pattern: a handful of straightforward issues that nobody had flagged, all of them fixable without an agency retainer. It worked well enough that I opened it up — for SME owners who want to get the basics right and not leave easy wins on the table.
