These terms and conditions govern your use of Wise Ranker's website audit and analysis service. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Wise Ranker provides a website audit and analysis service. Upon payment you will receive a prioritised PDF report covering technical SEO, content SEO, UX and conversion, and web security — produced by a panel of AI analysts and reviewed by a senior strategist.
The report is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within the same working day of receiving your website URL and any data exports you choose to provide.
The current price is £50 per report, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Each payment covers a single report for a single website. If you wish to audit a different website or request a revised report, a new order is required.

Reports are delivered by email the same working day, subject to receiving your website URL. Orders placed outside of UK business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm) will be processed the next working day.
As our reports are bespoke digital products created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once production of your report has begun.
If you have paid but not yet submitted your website URL, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of payment by emailing hello@wiseranker.co.uk.
If you are unsatisfied with your report, please contact us. We will always endeavour to address concerns and, at our discretion, may offer a partial refund or revised report.
Wise Ranker reports are advisory in nature. They represent our analysis and recommendations at a point in time, based on the data available. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes — including improvements to search rankings, conversion rates, or revenue — resulting from acting on the report's recommendations.
The report does not constitute professional legal, financial, or regulated technical advice. You are responsible for all decisions made in connection with the report's findings.
Your report is licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may share it with your employees, contractors, or developer. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the report or its contents without our written permission.
The Wise Ranker brand, website, and methodology remain our intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Ranker's total liability to you in connection with any report shall not exceed the amount paid for that report (£50).
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or reliance on the report.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
