The data you provide — your website URL, any analytics exports, and ad platform reports — is used solely to produce your report. We don’t share it with third parties, we don’t retain it beyond the delivery of your report, and we don’t use it to train AI models. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. If your report isn’t delivered within 24 hours, or if you’re not satisfied with it, contact us at hello@wiseranker.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full. Our full refund policy is in the Terms & Conditions.

Every finding is tied to real data pulled directly from your site — live crawl results, page screenshots, security scans, structured data checks, and (where provided) your own Google Search Console, GA4, and advertising exports. Nothing is generic: each specialist analyst works from data specific to your domain, not a template applied to every site.

That said, AI analysis isn’t infallible. A finding that looks critical may turn out to be a false positive in context; something flagged as minor may matter more for your specific business. Treat each finding as a well-informed starting point — sense-check it against what you know about your site before acting. If anything doesn’t look right, email us and we’ll review it.

Some sites run bot protection — typically Cloudflare, AWS WAF, Akamai, or a security plugin — that blocks automated crawlers. If our audit tool is blocked, we detect it automatically and email you a short report along with clear instructions for whitelisting our crawler (User-Agent SEOCommandBot/1.0). Reply to that email and we’ll re-run the full audit at no extra charge.

Being blocked doesn’t mean anything is wrong with your site — real visitors and Google are unaffected. It just means our specific tool needs to be added to your allow list before the audit can complete.

Yes, and we’d recommend it. If you didn’t have Google Search Console or GA4 at the time of your first report, set them up now — they’re free and take about 15 minutes. After three months, they’ll have enough data to be meaningful. Order a second report at that point and include the CSV exports: you’ll get the same full audit, now enriched with real search rankings, traffic by channel, and conversion data. It’s also a useful way to measure how much ground you’ve gained from implementing the first report’s recommendations.
